I was seated in an SNG with you about a month ago and you called me a donkey...i had to think long and hard about that.  However, while you were playing and taking everybody's chips you talked about your website..so i checked it out and found nothing, but a month later i returned to find the greatest poker website on earth...after watching just two of your videos both of which you did not win...i sharpened my game enough to win 4 $20 SNG's and one second place out of 5 entered...amazing...all in one six hour session i turned $30 into $344!!!! I can forward you the poker star result emails if you would like..Dude i owe you money...you should charge big money for your knowledge...i have read dozens of poker books and i learned more from two of your videos than that you lost by the way than all of those books...also, i have tried other poker school sites and you teaching is the best...trust me i have invested thousands in trying to learn the game and systems especially on line with no luck...mildly successful in home games and live tournaments but no luck on line...BUT I THINK TIMES ARE CHANGING!

What's up man.  I just wanted to say that your last two blogs from P5's were spot on.  It's ridiculous the amount of poker insight you have at your age.  I'm 23 and have been playing poker seriously since I graduated college over a year ago.  I love the game, but more importantly I love LEARNING about the game.  I'm always checking out P5's and more recently your site, but have never actually posted.  That should tell you something.  You must've instilled enough inspiration in me that I actually responded to something!!.....that's pretty damn good.

I wanted to tell you, I watched your 10.00 SnG's, and just those two that you show (10/25 & 10/21) help A LOT!!  More than anything, they seem to help me mentally, they change my overall perspective, and they clear a few things up for me.  For one, when people advocate being hyper aggressive, you sometimes think they mean loose aggressive.  Watching your vids, I see that is clearly not what you are saying.  That there is always a situation where aggression is needed, and so on. 

I was in a slump, watched those two vids, and got a 1st, 1st, and 2nd in 3 strait SnG's...lol.  Of course, that's only 3, and the more important thing is that I played well (for the most part). 

Man, I could go on and on, but I know you're totally busy. I have a million other things, and I'm just going to try to sign up for your membership, and go from there...

you dont know me but I feel like I owe you a big thanks for
the things you've shown me.  I am now keeping track of my
sit n go's, I've started with $150 and playing the $5+ .50
until I get enough to move up.  After about a week I have
shown a decent profit.  I have used your strategies outlined
and watched your videos, which have greatly helped make me a
better player.  With discipline I strongly believe I will be
able to consistantly build my bankroll this way, and I
would'nt have thought to or be able to do it without your
website.

I have always wondered about the logic behind betting/raising/re-raising (w/out primo hands) and was never sure on how to proceed. Now I have a basic understanding. thanks.

After watching a few of your videos and reading most all of your articles, I went back to the tables on Party Poker and took down three SNG's in a row. Two $10's and then a $20. All three I felt like I won in dominating fashion.

I have been playing for about a year and have turned $50 into around $2K. I think your website will definitely help me raise my game to the next level using a consistent approach.

I want to say thank you for putting together this terrific site.  I've been playing poker for about two years now.  I've had moderate success but nothing amazing.  Over the past two years, I've read many books by professionals, such as Doyle Brunson and Dan Harrington.  I've got to many poker sites to read about hands and improve my game.  Your site, however, has given much more insight into how to play this game for me than any of these other sources (yes, including the "Bible" of poker - Super System).  I feel my play is already turning for the better and is on its way to vastly improving.  Thank you very much.

First off I want to say that I have never responded to
the author of any poker book, article, or blog, and I
have read plenty over the past 2 years.  But after
reading a few of your articles/blogs on pocketfives I
just could not resist.  U R A FRICKEN STUD!!!  This is
by far the best hands on poker info. I have ever read
for non-beginning poker players.  You have given me
insight into poker strategy I have been desperately
looking for for quite awhile.  It's hard to believe
you have just turned 19.
